ABOUT SIMONE

Simone worked in diagnostic and research labs for about 10 years before retraining as a Science teacher. She eventually found her way to yoga, which significantly helped her manage her stress (work + life) and health (physical + mental) so much better than she had done in the past. Leading to her completing Yoga Teacher Training and developing an interest in the benefits of Yoga in Mental Health as well as Yoga Therapy. With this new-found knowledge she felt inspired to pass it on to as many people as possible. She is passionate about making it accessible to all so that all may be empowered and reap the benefits of this practice.
